May I know have you try restart the router to see it able to detect or not for the Download Master?

And may I know some of the folder that cannot be detected is using Chinese character or got any special symbol?

And what is the file format of the video that cannot be detected?

For the download master, have you try to safely remove the USB device and connect it back to let it detect again?

You can refer to the image below on where to do so.

And as for the media server, it is ok with you that our RD log in to your router to check on the setting?

If ok with then can you PM me you DDNS, the router User Name and Password.

Please enable the "Enable Web Access from WAN" at the Administration->System.

As for the DDNS, if you not yet have one, you can create it at WAN->DDNS->select www.asus.com->put a Host name that you want and then click apply.
