hello ASUSmy on 2/1/2013 ,I sent a router back to the shop where I purchase it for warranty claim due to UNSTABLE CONNECTION FOR WIFI .. I was told I could get a replacement unit under 1 month.. but it's been few months but still no news ? Could you check it for me ? I could give u the Modem Serial Number , Thank You

low signal in my room, only 5 meter away from the router (DSL N12U) i only get 1 or 2 bar of wifi in this room with my Galaxy Note 1,but outside my house could get full bar. any idea why ?

hello my ASUS DSL N12U-B1 signal drop randomly,when it drop,the whole internet is unusable for seconds then resume back normally after a minute and all the mobile phones connected to it will disconnect from the wifi and reconnect after the internet are usable back,i did upgrade the firmware to latest one but it's getting worse. May I know any other solution? I did disable b/g protection.Channel bandwidth:20Mhz, Channel:Auto,wireless mode:Auto

REPLY ME PLEASE,REGARDING MY ROUTER ISSUE, NOW THE ROUTER IS ALMOST NOT USEABLE. I HAD TO REBOOT IT ALMOST 5 TIMES A DAY BECAUSE OF IT'S SIGNAL ISSUE ROUTER STABILITY. CAN'T EVEN UPLOAD A SHORT VIDEO ,VERY DISSAPOINTED
