Hi Asus,
I'm using RT-AC87U and the issue is all of a sudden im experiencing frequest internet disconnection totehrw tih slowness and laggingness in surfing.
Kindly advise what is wrong?
My current configuration is as per following:-
Band 2.4 GHZ Wireless Mode: Auto Channel Bandwidth: 20/40MHZ Control channel: Auto Extension channel: Auto

Asus support,
Please verify and confirm if AC87u router is still in production or sale in market. Heard that it's being replaced with ac88u model and even RMA request for 87u model type will be replced to 88u model.

Hi Asus support,
I’m Using RT-AC87 U and I’m living in 2 storey house. Previously I could get coverage at my kitchen area of the house (downstairs) as my router is upstairs and now it said no wifi signal. What could be wrong? Is this a hardware issue?

Hi AsusMY,
I have configured my Asus RT-AC5300 router but unfortunately the internet light is red.
I have confirmed and checked the username and password is correct and I have also reset the router but problem still persists. What could be wrong?

Good Day Asus,
I'm using RT-AC5300 asus router. My download speed is 800mbps plus but my upload speed is hardly around 160-180 mbps. Before this I use to get upload speed above 210 mbps.
I'm also getting inconsistent speedtest results when using TM speedometer & speedtest.net
Problem seems to occur last 10 days already.
I have perform factory reset and also upgrade the firmware to the latest firmware but issue still persists.
I have tried using other router Eg. TP-Link and D-Link i dont face this issue.
Kindly advise what is wrong?

Hi,
I have just reset my smart-Ac5300 router and now some of my devices mainly android can’t connect to the wifi as I encounter message "Denied access to network. Connection Failed."
The problem usually happens after few hours and once i restart my router the issue is resolved and this mainly happens to anroid devices.
After few hours router online, this happens again till i restart my router.
Kindly advise what is wrong.
