Hmmm, I am the user of AX56U and so far I faced internet light becomes red once a while. Updated latest firmware and use new ugreen ca6-6 cable also the same.

The internet light will become red suddenly, and need to wait few minutes to restore back the connection. And i checked its log file and found out it had been like kinds of "reset" which log has been cleared off. btw, I had upgraded to latest firmware and changed another cat6 cable but also the same. But this issue won't happen always, once a few days. As the result, I just ignored it.

Noted and I have installed beta firmware as per your suggestion because I cannot tolerate anymore with the 5ghz connection dropping. Let's see how it goes and I'll feedback.

i tried the beta firmware so far so good. already 4d uptime without losing IP/ requiring restarts. can u feedback to your R&D team and implement as fix in official firmware.

Yes for ax56u. So far so good and stable. Will not go back to 9424 until a new firmware is released. No other issues seen with the beta but then again i was using basic features only. No ddns/vpn/dual wan/port fwd etc. Just 2.4g and 5g, smart connect disabled, Wifi AX enabled, default setting most of the settings.

I'm also using the same beta and so far no issues. Previously I have reported I'm loosing connection to my 5G connection and my WIFI is setup as smart connect.
