I just bought Asus RT N-12D from Czone and updated to the latest firmware. But I still cannot connect to UNIFI, stuck at timeout at PPPOE verification session. Help! icon_question.gif

By the way I heard only N12C and 12B batches support UNIFI, is this true?

I just got an ASUS RT-N12HP and have not been able to connect it since. The router just can't seem to detect the Unifi modem as it keeps saying WAN cable unplugged.

I've tried updating to the latest firmware but still cannot connect...

I have the same issue as you.

I don't have the ISP Profile to select from the menu.
And I timeout at "Start to detect connection type.

Hi Icehart,

Have you tick the check box at the bottom of the selecting connection type for the Special Requirement from ISP?

Thank you

Hi guys. Got upgraded to UniFi 50Mbps, still using default router.
Sitting next to router can get 50Mbps, upstairs only about 25Mbps.

Will the RTN14UHP be good enough?

Cost about RM290. I don't mind bumping up my budget up to RM400.

Thank you in advance.

Best if you can get AC router.
I'm using RT 12 and only get 25Mbps max too.

I recently invested on an RTN12HD router using 30 Mbps Unifi, replacing the stock 4 yrs old router. This is the result from my crib 24x80 with 2600++ built up 2 storey house. Router placed upstairs.

Looks good?

Not bad. I have the same router as well.
Adequate for 30Mbps. But 50Mbps you need a new router.

I recently changed my router from Dlink DIR890L to Asus RT5300. So far everything seems to work, except the wireless printing to my printer. I've tried to search online but can't find the solution.

Anyone experience the same issue? My Windows unable to detect the printer. Any known issue on this?

Hi Icehart,

Does the printer has fixed IP address?

Thank you
*
Hi no, it is connected via DHCP. Do I need to assign a FixedIP?
