Asus centre then routed me back to Viewnet. Going up and down, being tai chi up and down. Finally I asked Asus centre politely, who can I go to.

Best Point (somehow the shop name also shows PC-Zone centre something).
According to "policy", need to pay RM40 verbally to me as it is after 1 year warranty period (but still within 3 years). Later print out receipt, shows pay RM30 once successful claim.

Best Point can eat shit!
First time send in, took my RM30, didn't properly describe the problem on my RT-N66U to Asus Service Centre. Unit returned within 3 weeks, without any fix. Lost my receipt and box was in bad shape. Diagnosis said "tested without problem."
Tested can't even last 8 hours, router gila again. Drove all the way there, send in again. Open a job sheet, but they decided to keep it in their store instead. Router never get to reach Asus the second time.
Asus should do something about Best Point.
