I am having a problem. Please help me >.<

I just bought ASUS Router (RT-N12HP B1) few days back and my lappy always got disconnected from the wifi for few seconds and it connect automatically again.

Is there any settings that I configure wrongly? I am new to these things and the shop didn't help me configure. cry.gif

Currently, I am using the latest firmware

http://www.asus.com/Networking/RTN12HP_B1/HelpDesk_download/
- 3.0.0.4.376.4018

I have tried factory reset my router before too, but still the problem is there.

Thank you for your reply !!! tongue.gif

I followed another video instead of this 1. which is
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7VUBSFy_es

Because I am living in Malaysia and the configuration in above video is base on my service provider Unifi. which I select PPPoE WAN connective type instead of Automatic IP (DHCP).

Should I configure it again base on the youtube link you gave me?

I followed the steps in the video I posted. Ppoe, tick the box at the bottom, select home unifi.
I assume u used the id and password given to you by unifi for router, which u must call them to get, not the wifi ones.

I do not know if it is different for maxis or others.

Yup, I have called them and get the username and password which is different from the wifi and yes I am using Unifi.
But it seems like the problem still the occur. rclxub.gif
