Currently I have been subscribed UNIFI 30mpbs, I found the stock router can't support well and the signal is very weak. Is it RT-14uhp will help me get better routing service?Please advise me..

Hi all,

I am using Asus RT-N12HP for UniFi 30mpbs plan.At the first 2 month, everything is good. Recently the wireless connection is very unstable , sometimes I just get 1mpbs ~ 3 mpbs for download speed & upload speed. I thought is the unifi issue, so I checked with them , I found out when using LAN is good and full speed but wireless is very worse..Then , I try to factory reset the router and update the latest firmware still the same.I also tried to change back to stock router, the signal and the speed is better. So, I can ensure that is the Asus router got issue.Today I went back the shop that i bought the router. They checked and agree to change a new router to me. After that, I setup the router again, the problem still persist.

Do I need to configure any setting to the router? But i didn't change any setting in the router and I used 2months is just fine..This is just happen in last week.

Please advice me..

After that, I try to swap back the stock router and test the speed. Thats what I get.

When connect via LAN , both router just functioning well. This issue already 1 week, I already checked the firmware of the ASUS router...Please advice me any solution for the ASUS router to get better upload and download speed? I do suspect the router's antenna problem, so I get back to the seller and request to warranty and they agreed to changed a new router, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST..

Hope anyone can help me..Because this really bothering me...Thank you.
