For those having the date error, you need to input existing plan. I just put the plan that I am going to get.

u all just complete the form la.
data 25 tu bahagian broadband subscription.
u must complete that.
social site can be left blank.
i think u shouldnt ask for what kind of broadband u subscribed.

JUST COMPLETE THE FORM.

non bumi ka,bumi ka,elves ka,hobbit ka,as long as u have malaysian nationality, u are eligible.

they just want us to be :

i. Warganegara Malaysia yang berumur di antara 21-30 tahun pada tarikh memohon;
ii. Pendapatan bulanan adalah RM3,000 dan ke bawah;
iii. Model telefon pintar 3G yang ditawarkan (Harga maksima RM500);
iv. Untuk langganan baru dan sedia ada pakej jalurlebar; dan
v. Satu telefon hanya untuk satu belia;

do u see single or married?no. so u can apply as long as ur between 21-30.
they dont care if u have remarried.or have 3 wives.

do u see non bumi?no.
do u see age limit?yes.

pls dont make this simple thing complicated guys.

because i think ppl doesnt even bother to read thru the beginning of this topic.
things have been discussed before.

try using other browser.i used opera yesterday, couldnt get thru.using chrome,works seamlessly.
then after one hour,did my friends application using opera,works pulak.
just try everything.

and i did post a link from the main site,seems easier to access the pkb site thru there yesterday.did not know about today tho.
