NEC tokins failing, all the RSX needs to be reballed by an experience technician.
Do not go to DELID IHS method, just need to get a good thermal paste. Or if you are daring, can refer to youtube video on how to repaste the the GPU and CPU.
YLOD is a sign of failing components, not dead motherboard.

If you did jailbreak before and did a dump of the hex keys, you can still retrieve it by decrypting it with PC, but needs a lot of steps.Or we can actually slap the HDD to another PS3 to retrieve?
