is there anything I missed out.it was fine before this.BTW mine is connected by wired.
thanks in advance.

Yup i did have those problem, last time not that much but lately became severe and i decided to change the dns number in my router.Try to log into your router and change the primary dns to 208.67.222.222 and secondary dns to 208.67.220.220.See whether its help or not, mine works fine since then.Good luck smile.gif

Guys, need your help a bit
I backed up my PS3 data to an external HDD using the PS3's backup utility last month

But now I wanted to restore it back but the PS3 can detect the HDD but it cannot detect the backup data. What seems to be the problem? @@

The folders are all in correct order, PS3>EXPORT>BACKUP. I am totally clueless now on how to solve this

UPDATED: Found out that the archive.dat file is missing, how could it be? @@

is your external drive formatted to fat32

hi , did any1 know, chances of ylod on ps3 super slim compare slim model?

Mine going to be nearly 4 years and the first 2 years i wouldn't even bother to turn it off cause either i will be gaming or something is being downloaded. Back then i had psplus subscription so it will be downloading the games, and i had only 384kbps so it will stayed on for weeks. I think the general rule of thumb is that, just keep it well ventilated and dust them oftenly. So far never had any problem and till today i still game on it and watch netflix or youtube. Just keep them ventilated and i raised mine about an inch from the base and i believe you can reduce the chances of it getting ylod. Happy gaming smile.gif
