My ipad is stuck while updated ios 6 from itunes.
it show itune icon and cable. not responce at all.w
hat should i do?

You are at restore mode.

You can either pull out the cable and plug in again. if not happen than just press home button and sleep together to reboot.

While you update got jailbreak or not ? If got then hard la , but if dun hve just press both sleep and home

Its in dfu mode press home + power button for 10 sec force it to restart

I think if you really need advice you should list out what kind of step you have tried? or else it is very difficult.

1. is your unit JB
2. do you mind to restore to new IOS?
3. did you try to use another ori USB-30pin cable?

you can upgrade to IOS 6 but I think you might need to go to DFU mode before you sync with itune. These way you can skip itune check your JB ipad. Sometime it can be complicated. error might come out. but it can be fix with redsnow. it depend what error code you receive.

one more thing! you will lost the JB.

you can do that but all the JB apps won't able to use.

i dont mind about the jailbreak anymore. all i want is just to update. but, im facing prob error to update when its almost 100% update. may i know y is that?

nut the best to upgrade to a new IOS are to install a fresh OS to your idevice. these way you will have less error because during your JB some of the file might have change.

Using wifi update the files are much smaller. It only download what's necessary. That is why you might face problem during reboot because some file that need to be used for newer IOS might has been modify during JB.
