Noble features are those features that makes a phone complete although their usability depends on each individual and is subjective. Some use it often, some use it not so often and some don't even use it. They're not a necessity but it's always nice to have them around.
But in terms of raw power, of course gotta give it to the Nexus 4. Our S3 processors which are outdated already unlike the Nexus 4.
