Details of the complaint :
Bought a PS3 Game: “Playstation All Star Battle Royale” from him “Evelside”
Before closing this deal PM him some question
I have ask him has he redeem the download for Vita? His answer as follows

Just to be sure as I am not sure if he understands and his answer seems to be too general. I ask him again.
"No mean you have not redeemed the download for Vita and have you played this online. This time he answer as follows"

Reason why I am asking with added "Online" is there is a onetime activation code for online play.
Now the day before we conclude this deal I drop him another question

He answer as follows:

The reason why I am asking this is I am afraid he might have gotten this as a users copy and did not realize that “The online Code” or “The Vita Redeem” has been use
Today morning my dispatch pass me the disc. Tested it and found the “Vita” has been redeemed. Drop him a msg about it and explain to him why The “Vita Redeem” is importance to me as I am looking forward to double plat it.
He admits his mistake and agreed to a refund.

Next min he wants to refund only MYR15
Giving me some excuse like you know how much a new one will cost, I am not making profit and so on… to me this not the point as I have clearly ask him time and time again about the “Vita Redeem”
MYR 15 refund to me is unacceptable as he has been misleading and admitted to his mistake but refuse to refund me in full. Now it seems I am better off getting a brand new one as I am not even sure if the “Online” code has been use. I wanted to resolve this like gentlemen but he seems to be ignoring my PM now.
I just want to warn all you folks out there when dealing with this dishonest seller. Be careful!

Out of the blue the seller has return MYR30 into my account. Funny thing is i never come to any agreement with him.

Agree to come to a settlement by refunding me an extra MYR15... As of now still waiting for the refund, it seems he has a hard time fulfilling what he
promise to do.
