Download the whole 4.1.2 files and update it straight . Yes , u can update it but u will lose your kernel and need 2 do it again . Also , depending on where u dl your stock rom , u might get back stock recovery as well .

Updating via OTA in China... lolx...

usually when i fresh wipe and insert the maxis sim, all is fine...
so it "might" be configuration on maxis' side.

else, check if any of your apps are conflicting / any of your configurations are conflicting (especially when you have ehem apps)

guys triangle away got new update...now it can fix the modified status for OTA btw i am using the paid version
