QUOTE(Sheep319 @ Jan 18 2013, 06:02 PM) woi woi apa ni woi. The few times I watched Valdes played, mainly big games, he flopped terribadly. He missed easy saves and lost the game for Barca (games against Chelsea/Real Madrid). To tell the truth, I reckon he's the weakest link in the entire Barcelona team and nowhere close to Barca's standard, no idea why he's playing til this day.Valdes is backed up by a solid defence, no doubt (uncle Puyol, adik Pique, and other two defenders), but to say he's never good is too much. He is good, made some saves. Same goes to Casillas, but he (Casillas) has shown his worth, especially when his defences become headless chickens tackling. one thing about us getting De Gea is that he's young. So young that he makes me look like some unsuccessful guy typing out random rants hiding behind a keyboard and making feel that I know these players as if I've played around them before but in reality I've never really done anything that makes me look like I have credibility or any knowledge about football. wait what. either way, back to De Gea. he's young, we got him at a real young age, like really young, and its not like he cannot buff up. He has a real future in United. heck, I can believe he will displace Casillas in the future. now back to transfer talk. Fletcher is out for the whole season, that brings us to 24 players currently registered in the Premier League. no replacements in talks yet? Loic Remy (although a striker) SOMEHOW left for QPR, and M'Vila to follow suit, which is really an amazing coup for QPR (but of course, Harry Houdini is in charge, how can you not get attracted to him, such an influential and successful manager). no temporary replacement for Fletcher yet? About Remy, he said that Uncle Fernandes talked to him for 4 hours and even played a FIFA game with him and how could you not fall to temptation when a rich club owner condescended to persuade you to join his team? Not to mention that QPR is not really a bad team to begin with, they have the good players and have just assigned a proven EPL manager, there's really no reason not to join them when money comes knocking the door other than the risk of dropping to D1. |
