QUOTE(aarex @ Jun 26 2013, 12:10 PM) I changed my Rims juz to fit the 205 profile tyre. Actually 205 tyre can fit with our Ori rims but will look very ugly (Donut look). Aim to change 205/50/R16 tyre but hard to find for Yoko A Drive R1 thn at last pasang 205/45/R16. Abit bumpy but stable... And to my surprised, FC is better than be4. yeah, my next aim is change the rims to fit 205 profile tyre. better with thickness 55 from PS3.. haha.. i cant go for 45 as the road i'm driving in jurong island is uneven all the time. even when I back to hometown also passby those outskirt place with uneven road, not advisable for me.

QUOTE(aarex @ Jun 26 2013, 12:28 PM) The best tyre to change is 205/50, the speedo reading wont run much from the actual speed. I think 55 is too thick edi, cant fit and will not look nice. 50 is the best. Next tyre change, I will change to 50. Now 45 abit bumpy. 205/50/R16Speedo Reading: 65 mph (104.61 km/h) Actual Speed: 65.16 mph (104.86 km/h) 205/55/R16Speedo Reading: 65 mph (104.61 km/h) Actual Speed: 67.34 mph (108.38 km/h) thanks for your info, definitely go for 205/50/R16 for next changes. how much the rims you get. any pic can share?

QUOTE(winterwish @ Jun 26 2013, 12:34 PM) 470 x 4 piece If you got budget, stick with R16. It looks really nice with our car. I'm downgrading for comfort and price only, if got budget I'll stick with R16 too. Haha. at least gonna try for once.. lol.. now using xm2 (185/55/R16) also cost me RM340 x 4pcs...

I found it in JB around RM2.2k, not really sure. I will post the pictures by tomorrow. Available in modulo, mugen, and mugen rr. Three types. You may search online also maaa..
Well, i travel to sg work daily, sure take better tyres to get comfortably. PS3 is my first choice but cant fit. Thats y go for xm2.
Change to Eibach spring would not void the warranty?

but e-spec rim definitely hit the fender? the tyre shop boss advise me not to use 205 and stick with 185. that's why i pick michelln xm2 instead of PS3 in last month.

QUOTE(j45on @ Aug 10 2013, 02:35 PM) On Low usage, I did 500km with 1.8k-2.5k rpm @ 60-100km/hr, urban to highway. I'm trying to hit 600km @ 3 fuel pump RM55-64, total RM180-RM240 per month for 3-4 times visit to petrol station a month. On high usage, I only manage 380-450km with 6 times a visit and refueling every 3-4 days @ RM300-360 per month. I used to pump RM200 a month for viva, same distance @ high RPM and max speed of 150km/hr. I'm using Shell 95 all these while and ditched Petronas because their head pump always broken, credit card terminal and trigger lock is often jumpy/faulty. Hit average 400km @ RM50 for daily travel to Singapore. Average 140km/h in Malaysia and 70-110km/h in Singapore. Esso all the way that never disappointed me... anyway, i though which brand to pump in just your own perspection?

QUOTE(Shreddy @ Aug 12 2013, 04:32 PM) Hmm depends on what a particular driver needs... For me I prefer less power and better FC... I'm quite heavy footed.. therefore i use Shell.. defer me from the power eventhough i heavy footed... and end up i get better FC... Hehe.. For me (Town drive) Shell - 320-360km per tank Petron - 280-300km per tank Caltex - 280-300km per tank Petronas - 240-280km per tank BHP - 260-290km per tank Waw... you almost tried all the brand! I shall put some time to survey as well since i'm pumping full tank for every 4 days. As in long term, that's a huge amount. This post has been edited by hhkangyong: Aug 12 2013, 05:13 PM

QUOTE(JaysonGoh @ Oct 24 2013, 02:17 AM) Yaya within that range on highway, but after turn out highway on the normal road back with many traffic lights and turn it dropped a bit to around 19km/l. I think the secret to reduce fc is constantly cruising as mentioned by winterwish before » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « within that range (60-80 km/h) on highway is quite dangerous. 2 lanes or 3 lanes highway? if two ways, buses & lorries may reach your back easily and overtake you which i feel very endangers... if 3 lanes, this sound better. Respect to you for the patient of driving at such speed and cruising for long distance trip.
