crafted 15 Amulet and all craps not even hit Big3 yet.
i am giving up on amulet but trying to get a Dex300++ vit150++ AR70 + another random good for shoulder now.

DE wasnt hard to get, 1 run 2-3 in act 3. but guys what mp best to get those plan mp0-1 can get ka? i run twice in mp0-mp1 nil

AH is the fastest to get all plans its so cheap now
but personally i completed all plans from drops @ trade with players during my run
fastest run imo:
Act 3 - Heart of Sin:The Second Heart Quest > Start at Crater 2 to get stack > Tower Cursed 1 > 2 (u might skip crater 2 n start TC 1 if u think can get 5 nv from TC 1 & 2) > kill Cydea > Core > Kill Azmo > carry nv to Act 4 > Kill Iskatu > run all the way to Library to kill Rakanoth ... total of 3 bosses that can drop plans
MP wise. i think the highest MP u can do at good speed with minimal death is the best choice.

Plan price very cheap now... especially those Vit plan.. no need kill special boss to drop plan..normal elite packs also drop them a lot.. i play MP5-6 mostly bcos no need to depend much on WoTB..
