^ about the controller i was sold at first because it really felt diggerent, it felt well done, like ori. guess they made really good imitation stuff tongue.gif have you tried PS1 controller for streetfighter? i find the PS1 controller even the imitations ones are much more durable. used if for capcom vs snk.

I remember, I have a non-genuine PS2 controller before which really looked like the real thing. The thing is the controller can't play the game "Dropship" the buttons command won't respond to certain actions like "accelerating"

haha. i guess i'm with most of u here who dont take much care of d consoles. my ps2 is currently collecting dust. but fo handhelds, i really suggest, more like a must to get screen protectors. i bought mine late, so they are a few scratches. *ouch*

screen protectors is definitely a must not only for handheald consoles, any other handhealds like handphone and pda. the only handheald "console" i have is a RM50 sudoku handheald tongue.gif not worth to spend big bucks on it tongue.gif

I don't need to take of my consoles because my consoles can take care of themselves! LOL laugh.gif

Just kidding..

Well, I don't have any rule of thumb in taking care of my consoles but here are some things that I like to practice:
- Cover up your console if not in use. Less dust, less problems!
- Shut down the console in orderly manner. Quit game to menu, shut it down from the XMB/Dashboard/Mii menu etc. Never shut it down just like. This is very important in prolonging your console's life.
- If you're grinding levels in RPG, I bet it takes your console a lot of hours to be turned on. Make sure you give it a breather by pausing the game and allowing your console to rest every 1 or 2 hours.

Hmm.. what else? Anyone would like to add? hmm.gif

I leave mine on standby always. Keeps them warm, and less strain when suddenly heavy gaming from cold to hot.

Air blow dust from inside, and take apart and blow.
