2 days ago against whole clan not loaded when battle start 

today a British tier 10 TD in CW but manage to kill it

paper armor, shot its turret penetrate easily

SEA players mindset:

see a fast, high threat medium/light coming - "oh shii, run like heck, let the arty fend itself, he can do 1k+ dmg compared with my 200 dmg gun."
a 5 vs 1 situation where the 1 is an uber dmg td - "crap crap crap. lets hide till the tank in front kills it or dmg it enough so we can ks."
a heavy, top tier with full hp vs a badly dmged one - *camps* "let him come to me."
*sees a lemming train* - *joins even tho he's the slowest tank in game*
*lemming train, encountering a high tier td* - *stops n hide.*

I'm grinding for the IS-7 route , good overall tank , but still can't rush the attack like an american e5.
I wouldn't say IS-4 is an all rounder though , with the inaccurate gun , but it's a good assault tank with good HP and good armor.
