i now confuse i shud pay 770 or 780??

I try about 3 CDM, queing, call CS took me almost 2 hrs, go there about 9.30am about 11++ oni reach home, went 2 place, 1st is bukit tinggi CDM then petronas CDM...

Most complicated CDM compare to other banks to pay CC, need to press 3X only can key in the CC no where else other main menu already direct to credit card menu....

Most largest asset so system also so complicated....

Initial cant find where is the option....they really need step by step print screen for users, i guess older ppl confirm kenot find....

I solve the issue d maybe can put in 1st page to pay using CDM with the help of officer at branch taman bukti emas ss25

steps as below:

main menu -> cash payment -> maybank cash payment -> credit card

for AMEX no need begin with 0, just with the 15 digit as the credit card....any amount...

for VISA/Master as normal...

The officer over counter in MBB SS14 reply was, customer can only pay minimum or full payment (even the not statemented), others over counter not accept....

All MBB officer work with the same bank in Malaysia but each branch got different answers, some even take customer as customer do not how things works & give us very SMART answers, even the CS in the call centre work with 2 cards also do not own 2 card & do not even know how to use their cash deposit machine.... So can the CS words can pakai????

when we register the M2U, we require put 0 before activate....

I also call the CS they tell me put zero as other CC is 16 digit...

I also ask them is my step any mistake but they cant confirm as they CS herself is not familiar with it, straight say is banking & finance that do allow the transaction....

I asked which option to go from Menu screen but she only say choose cash payment they straight find credit card, if you follow here step,100% u wont be able to key your CC no at all.....

In the first I really confuse with their Menu but CS could not help me....

For me here, at CDM if I add zero , I have error message saying transaction not allowed

Mine AMEX is link to my master but can view both arr at M2U....

And have another M2U just for AMEX....

u can try sekysen 25 Kelana Jaya Taman bukit emas but this is by luck they get to do it....

I give up d, ask them do each card for each M2u, after setup done then I open i can see in master m2u got amex d....

Newly apply I got it last 2 mths ago, never request automatic given, I tot need to pay GST but in statemnent already waive....

my master no charge anything, the GST is shown in AMEX....

this is AMEX, most date pump petrol is weekend...

GE = Great Eastern do not accept AMEX....

WWF also do not accept AMEX.....
