I just received a called from maybank to verify on my online payment for the Google play store using AMEX.
My question. Will they keep calling to verify whenever there is online transaction? I remember last time I book a room at agoda.com but didn't receive call from maybank. Maybe they only verify on those online transaction that had most fraud case?  If just now I did the transaction but when they called and I said I didn't perform it, what will happen? I had called CS to set the limit to RM1 for them to send sms whenever there is transaction last monday night but until now I haven't receive SMS confirming that they had adjust the threshold.
Should I call CS again to confirm that? I read in this thread before that they will send sms after they successful set the threshold to RM1. Correct me if I'm wrong. |
