Under what campaign?

Guys need some help here ...
my statement on February 24th my mastercard got the government tax.
then i paid the outstanding balance which is RM50 on 25th feb ...
but now i realized i got enough 10k point to offset the tax.

called up sc just now, she mention still can pay with treat points ..
say will minus 10k point and RM50 will be creditted back to my mastercard.

but i login still see my treatpoint stay at 10k+ points. or need take few days before its updated?

anyone receive this tactical campagin from maybank?

Spend minimum rm200 two times in a month and first 250 will get rm20 aeon or kenny rogers voucher.. but only to those received email or sms of the campaign only

THE T&C OF THE VOUCHER DID NOT SAY MUST BUY RM200 AND ABOVE.

THE STORE SOLELY SET UP A RULE SAYING I MUST PURCHASE RM200 AND ABOVE BASED ON NORMAL PRICE, AND ONLY ONE PIECE OF VOUCHER IS USED FOR A PAIR OF SHOE.

THINK ABOUT IT, RM219 *70% *95% = 145.60 (PAY BY CASH)

IF USE VOUCHER, RM219 - RM50 (ONE PIECE ALLOWED) = RM169.00

WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE?

EVEN IF I WANNA BUY A DRESS SHOE FOR WORK, I SAW ONE NEW ARRIVAL RM369, I ONLY CAN CLAIM ONE PIECE OF RM50, WHICH IS ABOUT 13.5% DISCOUNT. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER RM50? THE VALIDITY IS 6 MONTHS ONLY.

LUCKILY I ONLY BUY TWO PIECES.

IF I KNEW THIS EARLIER, I WOULDN'T BUY HP VOUCHERS WITH MY TREAT POINTS. f*** OFF HUSH PUPPIES.

Sorry to hear that, and we have one common transaction (Facebook Ireland). AMEX is really insecure, have to be really careful next time.

M2U transaction is not updated but the outstanding has been reflected.

Did you trace using your previous credit card statements?

Not sure transactions up to what date qualify for the cash back. I only know my transactions up to 20 December 2012 still qualified. Stopped recording after that date. And Lazy to retrieve my old statements.

Anyway, why don't you consolidate your records to your card statements to search for any possible discrepancies?

i got mine also but somehow not max 300, i got about 250+ only, thats weird and i remember maxed out beyond 2k by dec .
anyhow, those who didnt see it refelcted in M2u, u could call up as they have the list for all their names that will get it. they called me back after 1 hrs after checking.

All rebates are in since 25th march and they are working hard to update it into the system

I spent just above RM2k in 1 day on the 1ST WEEKEND on the 1ST DAY of the 15% promo, and I only received RM115.80 cash back!

Just CS, confirmed Maybank missed 14 merchants from their list, these merchants are big name like AEON. My case is they missed AEON 1U. No wonder some members still entitiled for the rebate as late as 26 Jan as reported in this forum. I think because of this miss, Maybank definitely issue >3millions to Amex cardholders
