Barcelona have rejected a deal from Liverpool for the Spanish superstar, with the club reportedly asking for more than £16m ($A25m). The Daily Mail is reporting that the 31-year-old is unhappy with his lack of game time after successfully recovering from a broken leg. Arsenal seem the frontrunners to secure his services, however Manchester United and Chelsea, among others, have also expressed serious interest.
