QUOTE(Zeuss1220 @ Feb 4 2013, 12:19 AM) Torres Ramires becoming a weakest link because of the 4-2-3-1 formation..He is a runner..not suitable at pivot..if we sticking to the 4-2-3-1 formation then..for me he is the weakest link at pivot..he suit better as AM/RW..but..we already got Moses + MAZACAR..kind a surplus to the team now..Marin I don't think Ramires is a problem, we just need a CM to partner Rami or Mikel who can provide much much more. Most of possessive and creative play is coming from Mata who is forced to drop deeper to do so. QUOTE(hidzwan @ Feb 4 2013, 01:33 AM) weakest link? definitely goes to Torres.. Marin just only mix with the 1st team and team in a bad form atm..i still think he got something to proof. our defender become crappier because of the formation...all of them already used to the 4-3-3 with DM covering the back four..and to relate with Ramires..he not covering them at pivot..because he always on the run..our defenders all become crappier, cahill passing all over the place. Brana clumsy and slow..likewise Terry..even Ashley has lost the form.. QUOTE(volrath @ Feb 4 2013, 02:49 AM) cuz he playing at lone striker..and Liverpool playing 4-5-1/4-3-3 JM edition..--------------------------------------- that is why we need a deep lying play maker.. even if we look at current set up we got none of that..the only one we got McEachran... |

QUOTE(eeki @ Feb 4 2013, 10:58 AM) Definitely torres for obvious reason + Rafa I only put Marin because he kind a surplus to the team right now..If he can step up.no problem with me..Cant put Marin in the list as his not given plenty of play time. most of us..agree Torres need to go to make sure team progress... |

QUOTE(eeki @ Feb 4 2013, 11:10 AM) Surplus maybe a strong word compared to manager who dont want to play him. #BlameRafaBertrand start ahead of him for 2 games already. Subs also no chance, how to step up. Hahahaha I get it..dont worry..he still got chances..I hope he stay next season.. Betrand not a bad selection actually..not that attacking..good backtrack..Rafa trying to play safe..but backfired... |

QUOTE(eeki @ Feb 4 2013, 11:07 AM) I beg to differ on Ramires POV. he did ok earlier this season during RDM with this formation. Reason why because he's partnering with Mikel. Mikel always drop deep to be the last person to cover the back four. mikel not an attacking type until getting into the box. hence the cover was always there. with Mikel, ramires can freely do all the dirty work run up and down breaking opponent attacks. I guess past few months fixtures cant help him much, I noticed he doing less sprinting already, too fatigue? If we look at your perspective..I agree that Rami becoming a weak link if he partner with attacking minded player at pivot..cuz he also a attacking runner midfielder..so automatically the pivot malfunction..previous few games, it was ramires + lampard combo. we have to admit that lampard is not box to box anymore. he's a bit slow when coming back to cover back four. an example, 3rd newcastle goal yesterday. see how many space Sissoko got to release the shot. instead of everyone getting in the box, they should form 2 layer of defensive line. 1-2 midfields should cover the gap for long range shooter. something like game against barca last season. is rafa fan of zonal marking? Lamps touches still class..but his performance for the full 90 min..not the same..but he still important.. yes eeki..Rafa is a zonal marking guy..that was one of the fans concern about Rafa..the player play Man Marking since..the Tinkerman.. ![]() QUOTE Chelsea academy graduate Nathaniel Chalobah has been honoured with the England Men's Youth Player of the Year award for 2012. The 18-year-old was presented with the accolade at the FA's England awards ceremony at St George's Park on Sunday evening. Votes were cast by England coaches across all levels and took into consideration Chalobah's fine form for the England Under-19's over the course of the year. Chalobah featured in eight Under-19 games—captaining the team twice—and was ever present as the Young Lions reached the semifinals of the Under-19 European Championships in Estonia. The Sierra Leone-born player has been on loan at Gianfranco Zola's Watford since the start of the season, and his displays for the Hornets have led to him making his debut in Stuart Pearce's Under-21 side The defender has long been on the radar of the England set-up since making his Under-15's debut as a 13-year-old and skippering the Under-17's at the tender age of 14. Chalobah has already won two FA Youth Cups with Chelsea in 2010 and 2012, and his performances in the Championship for Watford—scoring two goals in 24 games—has led to speculation he will be included in the Blues' first-team squad from next season onwards. |

I think we really change our transfer policy..
There are rumors that we might back the salary cap for EPL.. and this are the two names that linked with us for summer arrival.. Mauro Icardi and Neilton.. both strikers..there are large possibilities that there will be a major change in the striker department for the new season.. |

QUOTE(ZiyiIsmyIdol @ Feb 7 2013, 11:12 AM) Its quite impressive seeing Chelsea are building alot of youth players, winning youth cups and things.. that the only way to survive now..under FFP..at least before we can get a bigger stadium to generate more revenue..expect more and more sponsorship and partnership to be announce before the start of FFP..Roman probably is quite far-sighted... pumping alot of money in the beginning to win win win become famous to attract future superstars? at least we have a good portfolio now..for the last 10 years..before Roman we was a place for fading stars..after Roman..place for the top stars..now we more like a place for future stars..
