QUOTE(Zhao @ Dec 24 2012, 11:45 AM) I realize about that too. But tokina won't work on full frame if I upgrade Haha, typo. Is Sony coming out with new ultra wide angle in 2013? Of all the ultra wide lenses you mentioned, only the Sigma 12-24 is full frame. The rest are all aps-c lenses. If you have intention to go full frame and want to keep the ultra wide, then you basically don't have a choice.

QUOTE(8tvt @ Dec 30 2012, 09:43 AM) btw michael9413.. a57 n a65 are using the same sensor... i just believe a57 have been tweaked with image processing... sharpening, more contrast.. vivid etc.. if sony really want to do it... update firmware still doable.. but i really think we can enhance better in post-processing.. make it simple.. there's a reason why 1 is categorized as 5 series and another as 6 series.. u got what u pay.. No. a57 & a65 uses two completely different sensor type. One is a 16mp sensor optimized for low light performance, while the other one is a 24mp sensor optimized for absolute resolution and dynamic range. they cannot be any more different.... except that both were made by Sony and both are about the same physical size (aps-c). Anyway, photo to share. Shot using the a99 & SAL70200G SSM on 28.12.2012. Fishing for Life by Kien Yee Sham

QUOTE(cyh03176 @ Feb 4 2013, 02:01 PM) unfortunately, yes, i have budget less than rm3000 aka 600gbp The a57 with 18-135 lens retails at RM3,199 at Sony online website. You might be able to get cheaper street price if you hunt around. http://www.sony.com.my/product/slt-a57m

Just to share. This is a photo taken off my facebook site. I shot for this family who flew back to KK from Melbourne for CNY holidays. Thankful that they trusted me with shooting their family portrait. And I'm relieved they liked the photos. I gave them a set of color photos and a set of B&W photos. This photo is from the B&W set. Moments in Life to be Appreciated & Cherished. Shot with the a99 & 135 F1.8 Zeiss.
