QUOTE(jimlim007 @ Dec 25 2012, 05:59 PM) there is a method can check whether got any over exposure in LR. may be need some pro to advise. i used to watch in youtube in some tutorial. it is seem easy just drag the or pressing some keys, entire picture change into black /white to see the trend.... Use the histogram, if it 'clips' (cut off abruptly) on the right side means some highlight is gone, hence overexposed.

QUOTE(shootkk @ Jan 2 2013, 10:33 PM) Doesn't feel like what? I think he means the picture no feel. IMHO try crop in more, as they said if it ain't good enough then you ain't close enough. On a side note, any Sony DSLT got electronic shutter? Or similar silent shutter function.

QUOTE(shootkk @ Jan 3 2013, 11:11 AM) I admit that the shot was a bit lacking. I was trying to get the water in the foreground for framing. If you think I'm not close enough then I have one question for you: Did you click the link to see the rest of the photos on that same shoot? Will appreciate your comments on those too. Yup I did comment on that album of yours. Those are tight enough. Was just referring to the shot quoted above.

QUOTE(jimlim007 @ Jan 7 2013, 01:29 PM) what are you talking about??!! shooting in M mode will do have the green box as well. we are in M mode not Manual Focus. Green box = auto mode. What I'm trying to convey is that if some newbie don't know what is PASM, just shoot in auto. No need act pro use M and end up with unusable photo.

A question for DSLT users, usually how many shots you get out of 100% battery charge? Wanna compare to those DSLR.

So it ranges from 500 up to 1k+ I guess Two batteries will suffice for one-day shooting I guess.

Need a little feedback on SLT-A58's EVF compared to A77. Anyone that owns both care to share? No time to go Sony Centre.

QUOTE(8tvt @ Jun 4 2013, 07:42 PM) i got A77, did try A58 EVf just slightly better than A57.. just can't beat A65 n A77.. Ah okay. Thanks. Wouldn't settle for anything less than that of A77.
