you can go garage sales & pm some of the sellers. My advice is to get a watercooling kit, its cheaper to cool your processor or you could just get something like a corsair H100i. Its simple & efficient unless you plan to keep changing parts like people like us then probably best to get custom watercooling lor.

as for your gpu its going to be hard to find waterblock for that & I personally wouldnt recommend because its quite old model. You probably wont be able to play games on it in few years time when games get more demanding. But its up to you, some just want to watercool for silence, if you got the money then go ahead.
