My BMI is normal but I am not satisfy with my body shape..having tummy and its growing bigger..
I also looking for guide to build muscle as I've read posts that doing six packs abs workout aint effective..
Fat Burning but not weight losing.
All advice and guidance is welcomed and much appreciated.
