from what i gather, i wouldnt recommend parttime masters in malaysia. the environment is not condusive (talking about malaysian local Us), where all the staffs concentrate more on undergrads and fulltime postgrads. i havent had the chance to check on OUM tho, so do check.
usually a masters degree requires a general degree (BSc, BA etc), and it is almost a sure get-in for those with 3.0 and above. social science postgrads in msia is not very popular though, mostly are science/engineering based.
