Seems like we're in a similar boat. Just got my Nabu Watch stuck at customs. As the recent posts imply, the process is now done either via walk-in or email, there doesn't seem to be any forms to download at website so you may or may not have to re-fill forms at their HQ lol

Hopefully FedEx gets back to me regarding my airway bill, invoice and custom one form tomorrow.

Come to think of it, custom issues like these aren't handled by the seller right?
