I have submit all the lab test report done by the manufacturer (ETSI XXXXX) , all kind of document submitted and all passed and they still charge me RM1.5k for evaluation. I still need to assist them to go through the test one by one again. Is it like this or my manual is not useful (and they passed it)? Or I am supposed to get the certification straight away? Thanks
