IC, I went there this morning, arrived at 8:00am, then they opened their counter at 8:30am. I'm still waiting for the letter, until now I haven't receive it yet.

They sent it yesterday to the wrong email address I asked them to resend again and just received it.

No need to visit their office because they now accept application via email.

Kindly attach supporting documents from forwarding agent consist of
· Airway bill
· Custom one form
· Invoice

Or

If your agent from POS Malaysia, please attach scan copy the particular of item detained by customs and please clarify information such as below:
· Quantity of item
· Model
· Tariff code (Refer to POS Malaysia)

Please clarify model if your item is a mobile phone.

For others product, please attach with technical specification or product brochure for further advise.

FYI application will be accepted with 2 option either:

1. Walk into Sirim with application form and payment
2. By email with scan copy of application form and transaction of payment.
