1. After 10 minutes wondering in the shop & looking2 at the LCD/LED TV section (while some other staff just looked at us liked "arghhh..just a young Malay couples, want to romen2 inside oni..") then i was approached by this salesperson named Hao - he's quite nice & entertained (but sometimes his jokes is a bit kasar to me & wifey, but nevermind, its just fine to us)
2. Bought frm them some electrical appliances like LED TV, air purifier, ceiling fan & some other stuffy - it cost me around RM5k+ & i'm paid cash.
3. All the stocks came on time - no problemo. Just this 1 last item - the ceiling fan, it needs an installation (this is where the sucky story started)
4. Earlier, the contractor for the installations already made a confirmation date to me over the phone (forgot his name, but he will become the bad man in this story
5. After a while, day by day gone, hujan panas, hujan panas..they still not come, until day 10 and get sooo frustrated because i've got nobody frm the shop to call me n told anything, then i decided to give them a phone call & ask for Ah Hao - my salesperson.
6. He then replied "Wah~!
7. As promised for a veri 3rd time, the day has arrived - but arrived with a phone call ..he cannot make it at 12pm..so change to 6pm - NO PROBLEMMO ALSO~ but just until 8.30pm i received another phone call frm him "boleh saya datang sekarang ka? sudah mau sampai"
8. He came with his assntnt - an Indonesian guy. The job has done within 30min only - not they are good with it, but they are suck with it - especially the boss, soooo kelam-kabut..because why? want to hurry & get back home quick! Even his stairs was left behind in front of my door!!
9. The Darkside Part : The next day (the same day as they took back their stairs) after office hour, i came back home, laying on sofas & wanna rasmi my new fan. Suddenly after 20min baring-baring, the fan slowly stop & i started to smelled something burned & yeah ladies & gentlemen...it was my brand-newly-freshly-installed-last-night fan!!
10. I quickly called Ah Hao & complaints about it - he told me that the KDK brand is quiet impossible to teared up easily. He then called KDK center & said they will send their man to my house
11. After 2 days, the KDK man came..1st thing he wanted to see is the old ceiling fan speed regulator-frm there he can guessed where is the main fault. the KDK man was absolutely right! the previous kelam-kabut contractor skip 1 part of the installation process ; to deactivate the old switch regulator. This step is all was stated as CAUTION section in the installation book - how come the so-called contractor / wireman did not aware about this?? & yeah, i was paid for their service..
12. The KDK man & me then call Legend SS2 & ask for their manager. We told all about the matters happened bla,bla,bla & he just replied "Yiu kasi bayar sama itu org dulu bole ka?nanti resit bagi sama saya, saya bayar yiu". The best part is the manager never told me that he is sori or anything - what a good customer service!
13. I paid RM60 for the mainboard replacement - the mainboard was totally fried! thx to the expert Legend SS2 contractor!!
14. (This is the part that i will never forget in my whole life) The next day i came to the shop to met the manager for claiming back my money. The old manager still not make any apology to me at all instead he said "sudah, sudah, settle Aarr..ok,ok.." plus giving me his belagak face
15. Then i get back home, keep calm & bersabar until today i got a little free time to tell all of u this "ARMAGEDDON SIGN" from PJ, SS2.
