2 legends, sucky ilv62 glove and a ilv63 1 hand mace 1k+ dmg and stats sun keeper? btw the D3 world has changed alot during the time I absent, -.- joined a public game, they clear inferno act 3 like clearing normal difficulty I only leech and loot the gold/rares lol |

from my experience, 'maybe good' items like rune sword, arch axe, heaven hand, Archon, Sovereign, conquest sword etc, legendary and set 99% come from white mobs... crazy affixes elites onli drop me defender, scutum, longshot bow and those items that u will know are craps..

im very unlucky with ring and amulet so far.. see a lot OP rings and amulets in AH.. comes with 6-7 props.. avg dmg + high cc + high CD + main stats. i onli loot crap 3-4 useless prop amulets and rings..

Lolz all i wrote was "good loot" day for me .. as being lucky all i can say thus far lady luck has not smiled on me yet haha .. well u need to hv a good ratio of loot dropped then only the luck factor comes into play ... u can be the luckiest guy alive but with 0 drops it adds up to nothing lolz.
I will post the ID'ed legs IF its anything worth seeing (i,e good roll) .. normally i keep all the legs i drop from same day till end of the day @ when it fills up 1 tab of my stash (whichever comes 1st) then i will ID 1 by 1. This post has been edited by Gecko: Dec 20 2012, 04:42 PM |

Mine is 60% Elite packs, 30% white mobs, 9% gobs (even those that spawns from my Templar's Puzzle Ring) & the rare occasion 1% from resp chest.
I hv to say that i've been getting most of my "considered good" drops from Event Bosses (eg Spyglass & help Lieutenant Lavail in Rakkis) |

so dun waste ur time sell all those cheap rare item for legendaries, if cant sell more than 300k straight brimstone le... use ur time to farm gold faster and pick up all the flawless square emerald.. now market price 6k dy(100=600k)  |

MF seems to have a part but I find when I run max MF (i.e 300 MF base)..leg dont drop as ofthen when I am on high MF, like 250MF. my experience tell me
key run, on high mp(mp6 n above)&short run(get 5NV and q KW and restart) > give most legendaries (quantity) normal farm, on moderate mp(mp3-5)&long run > give best rare item (both quantity&quality) gold&exp farm, on low mp(mp0-1)&moderate run > give best exp+gold+legendaries(quantity) Leg quality is purely RNG but Leg quantity and rare item quantity&quality we have some choices to play around with our mf&farming efficiency IMO low mp FTW but i prefer moderate mp most of the time |

I'm at paragon level 91 and have farm MP0 all the way to MP10. I am still clueless on which MP gives you the best loot tbh. A month go MP5 gave me the best loot but since then i keep hearing people saying MP1 is the best place to farm. So yeah, pretty much clueless still.

I think the ratio of leg drop is somewhere around 1:2500, which is about 0.04%. What MF does is to multiply that ratio with your MF. Say 300% MF, would mean you have 3x chance of leg to drop = 3x 0.04% =0.12% which is still crappy ratio. RNG is RNG so if you have 0.12% to strike, it remains as such for each and everymob. Doesnt mean that if you kill 1200 mob you are guaranteed to get a leg drop. Its just a average ratio, hence the times when we go on dry spells for a couple of days and suddenly in 1 day it rains legs....its all RNG + luck |

I'm pretty sure Blizzard have some sort of internal loot timer. It works in a way that the timer resets every time u don't kill mobs. So as long as you kill, the timer runs and the higher it goes legs drop.
Couple my theory with the MF theory (what gladfly just said) it kinda makes sense. I did a few test on it. I normally farm MP1 with crappy pickup radius gear. I have 180k DPS on MP1 with those gears. Normally, i farm in chill out mode. Crappy loots. I then stick to the same pickup radius gears and farm. This time no chatting or reading forums and farm full speed. 2 legs just drop. Then, i switch to my full gear and ran MP1 with 235k DPS at full speed. 5 legs drop. 2 brimstone, 1 MIGHT sell, IK chest and Zuni boots. Just me giving hope here XD |

For what its worth ... if u spend rm200 on a game just to spend few hrs a day staring at screen for items on AH and still get satisfaction from it .. so be it lolz .. u might recoup your initial investment buying the game but imho u could make more real money applying that knowledge to forex trading etc.
As for me, personally i get more satisfaction playing the game, see my toons develop with better gears & hv a sense of pride that i achieve all that through drops i get myself. I might not have hundred of millions or even billions of gold at one time (since i use my gold to get my toons better gears) but i'm happy with the time i spend on this game. |

i got plenty of skylights and my brimstone stock also increase too..

tried Act2 fast Route 5 hours.

Took a short break from my editing work n did 3 runs:
1st run - Ivory Tower (str8 away brim). 2nd run - spawn at azmo lair entrance n first mob i saw was a gob .. killed it n it dropped Nats Boot .. yeay! my 1st time. 3rd run - ToTD & Frostburn ... nearly brim the Frostburn then i remembered Henry looking for 30% cold skill Frosty ... u still want it bro? |

Last nite i did ubers @ mp8 with amiranna, faheem & kenji .. our second run it started to rain legs as we getting nv stack .. 1st me then faheem then amir then me again lolz (sampai 2 grand wizier, inna favor.. faheem got skorn & sumth else) .. finally after killing SB@ZK (i cant remember) i saw 2 skylights .. 1 organ the other was a bracer .. so dem happy alrdy .. uber leg drop must be lacuni .. sekali pikap .. janji hampa (promise of glory) hahaha

In terms of raw dps boost between WD mojos & Wiz orbs .. Triumvirate beats Uhkapian Serpent hands down .. the 18% total elemental dmg boost is way too high to be offset by slightly higher avg dmg.

Leveling efficiency depends on your DPS I think. If u can farm MP 5 effectively cuz u have 400k DPS, go ahead. That's what I think la..

unless mp4 need 3-4 hit or above then stick to lower mp~ |

i just dont know hw u guys keep on farmin after u hit jackpot.
I hit mine i think last month, sold the glove 4 200m. Then used 100m+ to gear up both my fren and my barb. now cant even upgrade equipment, crazy price. |

unless specific gears are equipped (which I don't have), I always find my monk doing TR mp0 out of spirit. hence I use my full gear to sweep through mp5. 2hit white mob.
mp5 = more key chance, more rare, more $$, more xp. all these are what I need. |

OKOK..let me explain in brief.Your toon will max MF at 300% (no NV/gears, follower/shrine or para bonus) at MP0. Each paragon level gives you 3% MF +3% GF. So, eg Gen has 180 MF with no gears means para 60. Moving MP each grants 25% banus per level, Hence using Gen as an eg, at Mp0, he will max out at 300 (meaning he needs 120% from gears/followers). With 5NV he will stand at 375%. MP1 he will max out at 400% (since 1MP grants 25%), MP2-425% and so on until MP10 where it is capped at 625%MF. |

My GF is maxed already. never saw 4k pile yet but the highest was 3900
average around 2000~3500. hope to see 4k+ later xD current gold loot = 175M. was 100M last month. that means 75M when i switch to pure GF gear xD not included the loot i sold |

7 pickup radius would be ok. more than that might cause you to accidentally suck up the health globe, with 24%MS it is pretty easy to do so.

so if returned the ring i still have 20... i can have 40 if i change my mojo to ToTD... MP0 farming fast and furious syok... |

Nothing good today. Got an average stormshield, and a useless lvl60 1h crossbow.
Last couple of days is way better, got a glove upgrade, a zuni chest and depth digger. I use the frog so always got 20 pickup radius. Been stuck with it coz it's so wonderful. tested Cain Set
pretty cheap compare to Leoric Signet. i got 3 set at 300k but the thing is. dropped 100k dps, (80k remain) - 20k hp (30k remain) without cain set with 32% helm gem + 29% leoric + 35% hell fire + 10% extra exp from follower i got 135% without stack. with Cain = 165% exp. only can survive in mp1 which is 230% after stack5. and without cain set i can do mp5 but after stack 5 = 240% |

hi,
