It depends. MF seems to have a part but I find when I run max MF (i.e 300 MF base)..leg dont drop as ofthen when I am on high MF, like 250MF. Weird but true...

I find MP0 is without a doubt best for farming legs and the kill rate is fast= means chance of leg drop higher!.

Anyways, I got a lacuni dropped, almost wanted to sell it for 200k, until someone told me its worth some money.

it depends..quantity wise MP0 for the win..had a run this morning where my teammate had 4 leg dropping in 1 run.

As for MF, well it does effect leg find I believe, but its pretty negligible. I think the ratio of leg drop is somewhere around 1:2500, which is about 0.04%. What MF does is to multiply that ratio with your MF. Say 300% MF, would mean you have 3x chance of leg to drop = 3x 0.04% =0.12% which is still crappy ratio.

RNG is RNG so if you have 0.12% to strike, it remains as such for each and everymob. Doesnt mean that if you kill 1200 mob you are guaranteed to get a leg drop. Its just a average ratio, hence the times when we go on dry spells for a couple of days and suddenly in 1 day it rains legs....its all RNG + luck

OKOK..let me explain in brief.

Your toon will max MF at 300% (no NV/gears, follower/shrine or para bonus) at MP0. Each paragon level gives you 3% MF +3% GF. So, eg Gen has 180 MF with no gears means para 60. Moving MP each grants 25% banus per level,

Hence using Gen as an eg, at Mp0, he will max out at 300 (meaning he needs 120% from gears/followers). With 5NV he will stand at 375%.

MP1 he will max out at 400% (since 1MP grants 25%), MP2-425% and so on until MP10 where it is capped at 625%MF.

Promise of Glory = 3.5% to sell...if you roll max AR/ main stats

Better Brimstone rate at 96.5%.
