I have achieve 50k elite mile by flight on 31st dec but system shown at Jan 2017.

do I still entitled enrich gold upgrade?

I emailed enrich they replied it is system automated generated.

System credit my 31 dec flight Elite mile on Jan 2017...
is it still eligible?
but system still shown Enrich silver and didnt upgrade...

I emailed Enrich already but they reply it is a system automated program...

I logged in enrich website and showing Silver status...

requirement to maintain silver is 25k mile for year 2017... =.=
not gold status...

Waiting 1 more week to see...

guys... anyone knows whether we will get the Enrich miles and Elite miles if travelling Emirates flight? what i mean is Emirate operate and Emirate code EK flight... not codesharing with MH4000-MH4999...

i prefer direct flights which is why my travels are mostly on MAS and AA.
not so worth to redeem for economy. better save up more for business. the tax and surcharge that you pay for economy is just a small difference from getting a revenue ticket during promo (which happens all year round).

Hi! I understand that we are able to book MH flights to destinations which MH planes doesn't directly fly to, via MH code sharing with other airlines (and pay a single price), e.g. from KUL to JFK, or KUL to LAX.

Can I know if Enrich Miles can be used for the same purpose? e.g. Redeeming the full journey of flights to JFK/LAX from KUL?

If yes, can this all be done via the Enrich Redemption websites? or do I need to call each airline of each leg separately...?

aduhai...even for domestic economy costs double miles one way! i saved up a few just enough for return flight in case of emergency or no seat left or if the fare is too expensive for a short flight myy-kch. now i wont bother to book MAB anymore. Maswings kah airasia kah, janji cheaper & on time!
