I have also call mas to enquire about going to northern Europe like oslo and helsinski under oneworld, they say no routing to there at all. I think if really want to go northern Europe I had to transit London cause the only route mas have?

Hmm, I only take 2-3 flights each year and tend to take the cheapest flight available for my date regardless of airlines.

need some help here. this may sound noob as i'm trying to redeem my enrich miles for the first time :

1. when redeeming flights with enrich points, the airport tax has to be paid by myself? in other words, the points do not cover the airport tax?

2. i compare the price that i have to pay by Enrich points + cash ( as i have insufficient points, hoping to use the points to offset  the ticket price) with the price quoted in Mas website, found that the price from Mas is way cheaper than the price from Enrich website.

so, if buying with enrich points is more expensive, then what's the points of using it?

When is the best time to redeem/convert enrich points? From now till year end? Any kind soul can share their experience?

Just share my current EM　redemption,　　If I redeem MAS J class from HKG>PEN, I need to use 45K EM plus tax HKD685.

If I use EM to redeem CX (under OW), HKG>PEN, 33K plus tax RM491.  But I decided to change my destination, I used EM to redeem HKG>SIN, 33K EM plus tax RM232.

MAS, HKG>KUL>PEN, use B737
CX, HKG>PEN (under Dragon Air), use A330
CX, HKG>SIN (under Cathay), use A350

just checked with golden lounge staff at satellite terminal, can access with J class boarding pass on arrival.

Hi, I got a question in enrich status. The qualification is based on calender year right? So, if I earn enough elite miles or elite sectors to qualify for silver today, does it mean I only get to enjoy silver for another 5 days and it resets on 1 Jan?
Or do I get silver till 31 Dec 2017?

Petron Miles also can convert to Enrich at 4000 PM to 1000 EM.
at current petrol price it means about rm2000 for 1000EM. Pretty good I would say but of cos it is not easy to accumulate.

yes you have another point of view. of cos redeem petrol is most worth cos it is a petrol loyalty card after all.
i am just comparing it to, for example credit card accrual where non-premier cards like M2C Amex need 10600 points for 1000EM, which even if you spend all for 5x treatpoints, you still need to spend rm2120.
