QUOTE(Shanglin @ Sep 19 2016, 11:23 AM) tq for your info. but I have check asiamiles, it seems all flights have to be via hong kong last time i remember, u can go to oslo using oneworld..not sure which carrier but there are oneworld carrier that serve that destination..I have also call mas to enquire about going to northern Europe like oslo and helsinski under oneworld, they say no routing to there at all. I think if really want to go northern Europe I had to transit London cause the only route mas have? |

QUOTE(Fawkes @ Sep 30 2016, 01:10 AM) Hmm, I only take 2-3 flights each year and tend to take the cheapest flight available for my date regardless of airlines. your best bet is to collect all points into 1 program.. no use to credit to different program as ur travel pattern will earn u very little miles...My best option would be to focus the points in one airline? |

QUOTE(pirantos @ Oct 19 2016, 03:09 PM) hi all, 1. airport tax has to be paid by using credit card/debit card, no choice of using enrich points to pay the tax (the points do not cover the airport tax), have to pay separately.need some help here. this may sound noob as i'm trying to redeem my enrich miles for the first time : 1. when redeeming flights with enrich points, the airport tax has to be paid by myself? in other words, the points do not cover the airport tax? 2. i compare the price that i have to pay by Enrich points + cash ( as i have insufficient points, hoping to use the points to offset the ticket price) with the price quoted in Mas website, found that the price from Mas is way cheaper than the price from Enrich website. so, if buying with enrich points is more expensive, then what's the points of using it? 2. Enrich points + cash might be more expensive if you redeem short haul economy flights.. only good thing is to redeem business class and mid-long haul flight.. |

QUOTE(psiloveu @ Oct 28 2016, 03:52 PM) Just share my current EM redemption, If I redeem MAS J class from HKG>PEN, I need to use 45K EM plus tax HKD685. so it is wiser to redeem OW using enrich rather than redeem on MH itself? If I use EM to redeem CX (under OW), HKG>PEN, 33K plus tax RM491. But I decided to change my destination, I used EM to redeem HKG>SIN, 33K EM plus tax RM232. MAS, HKG>KUL>PEN, use B737 CX, HKG>PEN (under Dragon Air), use A330 CX, HKG>SIN (under Cathay), use A350 |

enrich is stingy and not honest in giving discount.. the promo should include the lowest redemption tier as well, S/N for economy and D class for biz

QUOTE(ngiing @ Dec 12 2016, 07:28 PM) "We would like to inform that the annual renewal exercise of Enrich tier status cards will be undertaken within the 1st quarter of 2017. Once a decision has been concluded, members will be notified through an update to their Enrich account and the new tier status cards will be sent to members. probably true as you still can use your Enrich (Gold/Silver/Platinum) until 31 March 2017.. i believe enrich will sent the card for renewal before 31 March 2017 in case you manage to maintain the required elite miles/sectors this year.Your Enrich (Gold/Silver/Platinum - ) card is valid till 31 March 2017. Please continue to use the card for your travels on Malaysia Airlines, Enrich partner and oneworld airlines." Anyone received this info as well from Enrich? cant find it on official website. |

QUOTE(anwa @ Dec 26 2016, 07:27 PM) Hi, I got a question in enrich status. The qualification is based on calender year right? So, if I earn enough elite miles or elite sectors to qualify for silver today, does it mean I only get to enjoy silver for another 5 days and it resets on 1 Jan? i think you will enjoy silver until March 2018..1 year plus 3 months...Or do I get silver till 31 Dec 2017? QUOTE(torres09 @ Jan 4 2017, 07:54 AM) not sure if this is news. depends if you live near petron station.. if live far away, not a viable way to do it lol..Petron Miles also can convert to Enrich at 4000 PM to 1000 EM. at current petrol price it means about rm2000 for 1000EM. Pretty good I would say but of cos it is not easy to accumulate. |

QUOTE(torres09 @ Jan 4 2017, 09:16 PM) yes you have another point of view. of cos redeem petrol is most worth cos it is a petrol loyalty card after all. thats quite good for non-premier card.. which means RM2.12 = 1 EM.. good thing coz M2C Amex is free for life card..i am just comparing it to, for example credit card accrual where non-premier cards like M2C Amex need 10600 points for 1000EM, which even if you spend all for 5x treatpoints, you still need to spend rm2120. |
