I feel AsiaMiles more worthwhile 

Guys, can i ask MAS to refund fuel surcharges for Enrich redemptions, if the paid flight no longer has this surcharge?

There are some flights on MAS that does this, where the normal tickets don't impose a fuel surcharge but the miles redemption will still have the fuel surcharge. I think that is not fair for loyal MAS customers on Enrich. Especially when most airlines have already scrapped fuel surcharges this year.

I once request them to prepare an official letter stated my luggage delayed, for my own insurance claim, i waited 6 months and nothing come to me, in between I had sent over 10 emails, several phone calls, and there are only 1 email respond to me, ask me to wait.

for example, my husband want to redeem enrich miles with his credit card to my Enrich account?

abit regret changing my miles to enrich from mbb... haih.. should've transferred to Krisflyer as points requirement is lower and tax summore cheaper (even after conversion)..

Absolutely not, just need to quote your Enrich number upon check in.

they propose to travel back via London. they will fly me from AMS-LHR with British Airways, then LHR-KUL with MH.

i did a quick check, there will be 9 hours transit in london..
can we go out london city during this layover time?

AMS-KUL

because i fly to london first, back from Amsterdam (to save the airport tax), and i upgraded to business class
if they fly me on emirates, maybe the cost is higher. so they rather book british airways for me, then fly me back on MH again.

sorry, i meant my original flight was in business (i actually upgraded with enrich miles)

so my concern is, if they buy a BA ticket for me from AMS-LHR, whether that will be business or not.

from my conversation to the agent yesterday, they said only can re-route to london. never provide option to fly other airlines.
why want qatar? 787 better than a380?
