wonder maybank still offer the 10% extra conversion or not this year

I have like 30,000 Reward Points with my HSBC VS. HSBC claim they have the best Enrich Miles Redemption at 3000 Reward Points = 1000 Enrich Miles. Therefore, based on these figures, I should be able to redeem for 10,000 Enrich Miles.

I asked the CS rep to redeem all the points to Enrich Miles, I was told that I could only redeem for 1000 Enrich Miles (and got to do it online)!!!

I am really pissed off with HSBC and I am seriosuly considering to cancel my HSBC VS soon.

On another note: will there be an Enrich Mid Year Sale this year?

Yes, Maybank now only allow us to credit Enrich Miles into our own account. But we still can redeem tickets for others.

Haven't change Enrich before, do we get Enrich from the same TP that can be used to redeem shopping voucher?

thanks - i called maybank and they told me i can only transfer into primary account holder's enrich account also. most of my spending is local - would i be able to pay with amex as easily as with visa? then it would be an interesting option. anyone can share their experience?

Not sure when though. I really hope this time they gave discount for European route.

TREATS Points and Membership Rewards is 400 = RM1
6,000 TREATS AirMiles = 1,000 Enrich Miles for Maybank World MasterCard
10,000 TREATS Points = 1,000 Enrich Miles for all other Maybank Cards**
TREATS Points shall no longer be awarded for all spend made with Maybank Debit Cards

Hi all,

I have 140k points in Qatar QMiles (Platinum) and 110k in Enrich (Gold).
As they are both oneworld, I have sometimes claimed under each other (eg fly with MAS but the points goes to Qatar QMiles) but for this year I would like to focus on one.

Which would be better for for me to accrue my upcoming miles? For 2015, I would be flying for about 130k miles.

I also have about 400k of credit card points that I will convert to Enrich (6000 points to 1000 Enrich miles) when I need to.

According to Maybank's website, Maybank 2 cards Reserve American Express, All Visa Infinite & Diamante Cards will not be affected by the devaluation for conversion to Frequent Flyer Programmes such as Enrich Miles, Asia Miles & Kris Flyer Miles, the conversion remains at 5,600 MR Points = 1,000 Enrich Miles, 4,500 TP = 1,000 Enrich Miles / Asia Miles / Kris Flyer Miles respectively.

Whereby all other Maybank Cards issued by Maybank & Maybank Islamic ‐ Visa/MasterCard/American Express's conversion of TREATS Points to Asia Miles & AirAsia BIG POINTS remains at 7,000 TP = 1,000 Asia Miles/BIG Points and conversion of TREATS Points to Kris Flyer remains at 4,000 TP = 500 Kris Flyer Miles.

Hope the above helps for those who yet to find the time to read the changes at Maybank's websites. 

5600 is correct because he referring to MR points, not TP
