My Citi PremierMiles been charged for annual fee rm600.
CS told me credited 10K point to my acc, and to offset rm600, I need 30K point to do so,

However, she claimed that 10K point is equivalent or better than rm600 if I claim for airline miles etc shakehead.gif

totally cannot understand the logic ...why I need take my own 20K point to offset the rm600....

and citi miles - 30K point... really no idea what can I do with it..really > RM600?

first time redeem flight via avois on MH flight.

For the flight stated above, we are unable to credit the missing points due to the booking class under X, which is not eligible for Cathay Pacific.
