If i do the Redemption on 13 Nov, do i still have chance to get the 10 percent?

you know what, i almost every 2-3 days calling in once to redeem. so far, every next day i get the miles credited to my account. all with extra 10%

i purchased flight ticket and hotel for holiday next year.. so every few days collect few thousand miles..

just worry the last day not counted

i am using maybank 2 card

both me and my girl friend redeemed this week (for many times), all got the miles the next day.

call center agent will tell you 14 days, because they dont want to set a high expectation, dont want card holder everyday call back to follow up..

you see, every few days i call in to redeem, all credited the next day.
all my point got 10% extra

just few min ago, i called to redeem again, this time redeem 8k enrich, and hopefully tomorrow can get it.

i also check my point balance everyday, maybank deducted my point after few min i hook off the phone, and next day i get enrich miles credited

maybank card center quite efficient, yesterday dinner time 715pm called to do redemption
this morning credited, with the extra 10%

less than 24 hours..

buy ticket first, and condition is you must buy non-promo ticket.

then call enrich, do upgrade redemption

going london @ 2pax

need fare class MH Basic will do, no need MH Smart

because i am going with my wife, dont have enough miles to redeem return trip in business class


upgrade redemption for zone 5, per way per person cost RM300 (tax and surcharge)

me also have some balance point that worth 1k miles, but too malu to call again, these few days i called to redeem too many times

Can you try to manage booking there, see if there is any place for you to change seat?

Then you better call them to follow up

Your enrich can redeem flight, can redeem economy, business, first class. But you cannot redeem class upgrade.

Enrich can only upgrade MAS.

Qatar Q miles can only upgrade their own flight.

if you study their award chart,

using enrich to redeem other partner's flight, the miles required all much higher than MAS. and some other partner's flight required slightly more miles.

hmm, then i am so lucky to witness the change.. i will be flying back from AMS February next year. let's hope they get me a better plane.

they propose to travel back via London. they will fly me from AMS-LHR with British Airways, then LHR-KUL with MH.

i did a quick check, there will be 9 hours transit in london..

AMS-KUL

because i fly to london first, back from Amsterdam (to save the airport tax), and i upgraded to business class


if they fly me on emirates, maybe the cost is higher. so they rather book british airways for me, then fly me back on MH again.
