Dont be so kiasu lar. its so tiny that yr making a mountain out of a mole. just keep the phone and change it once ur buttons get spoiled. sometimes i wonder why msia ppl so kiasu. pls dont give the excuse that ur paying so u can demand. somethings have to use common sense lar.

Ofcourse its customer rights to change til perfect. But come on dude. look at the spot. its like returning back a McD burger coz the meat patty is smaller by 2% compared to the advertised pic. Sometimes users take this claim-because-defect privilege too literally. I dont deny the right to demand change if the scuff or dent is obvious, but in some cases, its so minor that ppl are just claiming for the sake of it. In your case, its so minor and doesnt affect the functionality or the physical appearance of the phone. Pls be rational when making a claim.
