I get last week also from citibank..i go for clear card..hw i do? i walk into their HQ give them the last 3 month monthly income..then give them my name card to verify..then go kiosk print out EPF statement..then on tat day they cant approvice cz holiday..so next day afternoon the agent call me say my CC is approved..
