can anyone advise where to get stand for figures?
*
Tamashii Stage Act 4 or 5 is perfect..can get via amiami, cheaper even with shipping included, compared to buying here.

Stage Act 4 currently out of stock, will restock end June, but Stage Act 5 available now. Awesome stands.

yeah....it also means switching from EMS to SAL from now on....  sweat.gif
*
Hmm..actually, EMS n SAL is not that much difference. Another important point to note is the insurance. IINM, SAL only insures u up to 6000 Yen. EMS is higher.

well, at least the difference is enough to net off the few basis points in the surge of Yen...  tongue.gif
insurance wise, well, whoever has successfully claimed it, hope can share with us the experience.
*
I'll have to check what's the difference for my shipping costs when I get the email smile.gif

Touch wood, hope I'll never have have to claim insurance for my purchases tongue.gif

the difference ranges from 300yen to 1000yen (EMS vs Registered SAL), depending on the weight...  smile.gif
*
Yup..but sumtimes cannot wait for SAL..hands itchy man! tongue.gif

QUOTE(kaoru @ Jun 18 2013, 03:51 PM)
wanna ask , do you guys combine shipping till more than rm500 or split shipping so it does not reach rm500 to avoid customs taxes ?
*
Better split shipping..kena tax very troublesome la..although my highest value item which was not taxed was 800 bucks..maybe the items were small, so yeah..

Say, not much talk about SH Figuarts Iron Man n War Machine eh? The quality of the figures are much better than Revoltechs, and the finishing is way better as well, also the size is bigger...n the plus point is, it's almost the same price as Revoltechs..I personally feel SH Figuarts figures are very good quality, the Dragonball series is very nice.

hi, asking normally what shipping method you all choose between EMS and SAL in amiami?
*
I mostly go with EMS too. Like shrike, I'm impatient when it comes to waiting for my item tongue.gif furthermore, EMS provide higher insurance coverage in terms of parcel lost.

Tried registered SAL once, found out that the difference in cost with EMS is only about RM12 difference for my item. EMS from Japan can reach me in 4 days, while registered SAL reached me after 13 days.

I use PayPal..but my PayPal is link to my CC..so, the rates are charged according to PayPal or CC rates ah? Nevertheless, the difference is marginal, since my purchases are in the range of RM200-RM400 range..

Actually you can choose CC or bank rates for Paypal transactions by choosing 'Bill me in the currency listed in the seller's invoice' under Conversion Options. I always end up saving a few extra RM compared to using Paypal's rates.

Yup, PO first, think later. If buyer's remorse creeps in, just sell off at Garage Sales at PO price. No loss. biggrin.gif

I don't normally bother with PAK since I'm not a fan of its size (figmas, Shinkis and Revos are the ideal size for me) but this got my attention:

PAK has rilli improved by leaps and bounds..their figures are very detailed and articulation has improved over the PA line..Robocop also coming via PAK..what I'm rilli looking forward to is PAK's Yuna and Tidus wub.gif
