anyone here knows where to email Bandai ask for parts replacement?

well, no matter how it's not good to PO when not needed. I admit do have random urge when I see those cute eyes of nendo. or some mecha I saw from some show ......... then later decided, nahhh don't need.

Is the shipping fees of 2,000yen charged per order, or per item ordered (e.g. my order contains 3 items, so 2,000yen x 3?) ?
