if u're going for a chogokin I recommend Saber instead, the face is at least comparable with Figma Saber and come with lots of goodies
Chogokin is more expensive cos it's diecast material, last longer and the color is more vibrant.

I just paid for my 1st purchase from AmiAmi and will be shipped tmr, so far everything is processed accordingly and very well handled, lets see how many days til it reach me

That's one good question, back then when i ordered with locals, they charge extra because they never know what gonna happened to the currency and they ask for rm50 for deposit, and sometime when i receive my goods, even if it's a preorder item, i realise that the seal (round tiny sticker on figma box) seem to be tear and stick back again, maybe they doing check up before sending it out, or it might be toy around before it been sent, they also tend to get delayed when the seller try to bulk their orders and often it will be hold by custom and it takes a month to reach u, so it's basically paying more and wait longer time)

For online, I think they will never tear it and only check the surface condition (so it's depends on luck whether if u get a faulty one?), but that's the good thing for ppl who wanna resell because it will indeed become a MISB without a doubt. And no deposit are required for online until the day it been released, and the price will be according to that day currency (my aegis was preordered locally for 180-200 but i only pay 160+ today and will be shipped using EMS which will take merely 7-10 days i assume?)

IMO, even if the currency is higher and I end up paying extra rm30-40 compare to locals preorder, but i still get it earlier so I won't regret paying that amount. I heard some ppl receive their items in merely 5 days from AmiAmi, hopefully my 1st order from them will go smooth.

wow that's really sound like what an express mail suppose to deliver, so for now how many days it take AmiAmi to usually ship an item?

My AmiAmi parcel still show at Tokyo Airport since yesterday 4pm, wonder if it's still there or the system doesn't update on weekend

got it, EMS is damn fast!!! and AmiAmi is damn efficient!!

me not so hardcore about collecting figure so never really go for online retail before this, only try official online retailer for fashion and gadget which cant be found here.

IMO, it's cheaper (eventho it's more expensive)
My reason been, u pay rm10-20 less, u get ur stuff after a month, but paying that little extra charges, u get it for 3-5 days after release.
As for AmiAmi, I can't comment much since it's the 1st online figure shop i bought my item, so far every detail is shown clearly, no dodgy condition and of cos no deposit before the product is release, and it might get cheaper than local if the currency drop like now

BTW Aegis is delicious~

not really lolz, so far i only preorder all the future BRS release from AmiAmi
Not gonna spend a lot cos i still wanna buy Xperia Z, Google glasses, PS4 etc etc

It's great idea, but i don't think the 1st batch will be any good, already gotten cheated many time buying 1st batch technologies and end up having many flaws etc :/

I only get those that I really want, normally only like 5-6 figma a year
never intend to spend anything higher than 300++ (except exclusive/limited)

i quit for 6 years and re-collect after got poisoned by BRS series lolz
but of cos not as addicted since the more we age the more we demand for many things else and toy is just a small part of it

I won't get it until they launch at least a glasses ver 3 or higher
have enough with my Sony P and Android phone, the 1st and 2nd generation usually end up a junk since they normally have slow poke processor or have lots of error once there's more features which have lil to no compatibility with them. >_>

but usually 50% only apply to unpopular items ler, those which is popular, if dun preorder after a few days its all sold out, like those 1st batch of brs, it cost me almost 1k to get them ~_~
