its a mix of uccc , micron n infineon

my guess, team xtreem might be micron, while patriot uccc..

well, mine is like that too.. feel itchy too peel off the heatspreader, but might cost the warranty to be void

I have not taken the pics for my review yet. So I need them on still.

e-jump: Mine looks like it is from the outside, but I don't know about the inside. Will keep that in mind and make sure I check.
