If u are using your laptop as a desktop replacement, then its good to make own yourself as its cheaper and gets a better and more powerful fan.

Is it noisy? The main reason I switched to a desktop replacement was because my old system unit was a jet engine.

it's silent yet powerful, as i'm running at 6v for 24/7 usage.. i'm sensitive of noise, one of the reason i made the arcylic cooler is the noise, now i get better performance with lower noise thumbup.gif
