As a fresh grad, just go for any job that offers a reasonable paycheck with good opportunities. It won't really matter if its a job you really like or dislike, because no matter what line you go into, the experience stays with you and is yours to keep and utilize in the future. Possible after a year or so, start job-hopping if you feel you're moving too slowly, or when you realize there's more to gain elsewhere.
I'd say job hop more for your personal interest, not for the sake of a hefty paycheck. Because when you do things you like, you get motivated and tend to work harder. That conmensurates nicely for a promotion, which will lead to a good paycheck later.
Do you want more exposure or would you like financial security more? Perhaps security first, but start thinking about your exposure soon enough.
Is it wise for fresh grads to choose jobs
